The kilt

The colour Postal Blue was years ago discontinued by Utilikilts. To Americans it might signalize postman, but not to Europeans. I wanted the kilt in the 21.5" length, but this size being not in stock, the Utilikilt people offered to chop a 23" to any length I wanted and at a favourable price. I decided for 20.5".
