The kilt
The color Postal Blue was years ago discontinued by Utilikilts. To Americans it might signalize post man, but not to Europeans. I ordered the kilt in the 21.5" length, but this size being not in stock the Utilikilt people offered to chop a 23" to any length I wanted at a favourable price. Wanting a rather short kilt and fast I decided to have it made 20.5".
